The PROJECTflow ^Tool was designed to assist you on the planning, management, and progress report of your project. It is aimed to be used by project coordinators and project partners, and in that sense different access levels were defined, enabling them to structure their projects' work plan and efficiently achieve the envisaged objectives and results.

Project Management is a complex task, and not all of the functionalities included in PROJECTflow ^Tool may apply to your situation. PROJECTflow ^Tool introduces standard terminology, provides a platform for the project workflow and finds the appropriate level of planning detail and defining objectives, workpackages, deliverables and milestones. This tool is not intended to provide a standard methodology or to replace the need for a methodology. Each organisation or project manager will need to identify an appropriate methodology and tools for their specific case.
